BIOGRAPHY
I am Abel, a boy who made a big change in his life. Since I was little (when I didn’t have good habits) I have suffered from being overweight, I didn’t pay attention to it, until the day when, at 17 years old, when I stopped playing futsal and entered the world of weights, I realized that I could not maintain the pace of a normal daily physical activity if I continued eating badly as I had been doing for years or if I continued looking for any excuse to sit in front of the play to spend dozens of hours playing every day. I remember the moment that marked me the most: seeing myself in the mirror weighing 90kg for my 1.78m. From that precise moment I started to eat better and discipline myself to go to the gym (not in the best way possible, but, you have to start somewhere… I also started believing that “digestive” biscuits were good).

After 5 months I managed to lose 20kg, I felt good because I had achieved what I had set out to do, but since then my goals changed, the goal was not to stay thin (since I was skin and bones, still with some residual fat), My new goal was to start gaining muscle mass and above all to educate myself in the world of training and nutrition; that’s why I am a higher technician in dietetics and I am studying for the qualification of personal trainer and gym trainer (level EQF 3 and EQF 4) in addition to training in advanced nutrition and training courses and platforms and reading hundreds of books on the subject.
